Honesty & Affordability
From the front office to the treatment suite, our practice is made up of professionals who take your oral health very seriously. Using state-of-the-art equipment designed with safety and efficiency in mind, we offer top-notch care. As you walk through our office, you will notice smiling faces in a clean, comfortable and thoroughly sterilized environment. We are not an ordinary dental office. For these reasons, Our financial policy is that payment is due at the time service is rendered, unless other arrangements, such as using one of the payment options listed below, have been made in advance. We know that the cost of care can be confusing so we give you up-front cost information on your treatment.
We do not work for insurance companies, we work for you. Our clinical recommendations are not based on insurance coverage, they are based on your oral health wants and needs. We do our best to maximize your dental benefits and estimate co-insurance costs, but ultimately, you are responsible for understanding your insurance policy's co-insurances, co-pays, deductibles, waiting period, fee schedule, etc. Therein, you are also responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance plan.
For your convenience, we accept cash, check, Visa, American Express, MasterCard, Apple Pay and the financing options listed below. Please call us at (662) 234-5222 to speak to your doctor's treatment coordinator about payment options and she will customize a plan that fits your budget.
Dental Maintenance Plan
Oxford Dental is committed to providing our patients with exceptional dental treatment along with the very best in customer service. We want to take care of our patients by providing proper preventative care to help minimize your chance of needing "major" dental work in the future. Poor oral health and periodontal (gum) disease are linked to diabetes, heart disease, and stroke. Being a member of our plan guarantees that you will receive top quality dental care instead of procedures dictated by an insurance company.
CareCredit is different from a regular credit card. Use it to pay for out-of-pocket expenses not covered by dental insurance, and special financing options are available that you may not be able to get with other cards. Once you've applied, you can use it again and again at Oxford Dental or any healthcare provider that accepts CareCredit.
With shorter term financing options of 6, 12, 18 or 24 months no interest is charged on purchases of $200 or more when you make the minimum monthly payments and pay the full amount due by the end of the promotional period.
CareCredit also offers extended financing for 24, 36, 48 or 60-month periods with Reduced APR and Fixed Monthly Payments.
Ask us which promotions are available for your treatment. You do not need to select a promotion before you apply. Many patients choose to apply for CareCredit before their first visit if they generally they prefer to make monthly payments.
