Insurance Information

To verify your dental benefits, we require accurate insurance information at the time of booking. If additional details are needed, we will contact you.
If we do not receive the correct insurance information promptly, we reserve the right to cancel your new patient appointment.

Appointment Confirmation Policy:

New Patients

Your first appointment must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance. If your appointment is within the next 7 days, confirmation is required at the time of booking

Returning Patients

All returning patients must confirm their appointments at least 72 hours in advance. Unconfirmed appointments may be subject to cancellation.

Late Arrival & Grace Period

We allow a 10-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other patients.

X-Ray Policy

Dental X-rays are required for all exams, consultations, and treatments.
  • If your insurance does not cover X-rays due to frequency limitations, you must either provide recent X-rays from another office or pay out-of-pocket for new X-rays at Oxford Dental.
  • We cannot proceed with your appointment unless we have current X-rays on file at the time of your visit.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, so we require at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Cancellation & No-Show Fees:

  • First missed appointment: Cancellation fee is waived as a courtesy.
  • Second missed appointment: Cancellation fee is $75.
  • Third consecutive missed appointment: Prepayment required.
Important: Patients who miss three consecutive appointments may be dismissed from the practice.

Can I Cancel My Appointment?

Yes! As long as you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, there is no cancellation fee.

Can I Reschedule My Appointment?

Yes, but the same 24-hour policy applies. If rescheduling is requested less than 24 hours before your appointment, a cancellation fee may be applied.
By scheduling an appointment with Oxford Dental, you agree to comply with these policies to help us provide the best care for all of our patients.
Thank you for choosing Oxford Dental!
