Dr. Sam Morrison: Recognized as one of the TOP 20 Under 40 for 2023!

A proud Oxford native, Dr. Morrison deeply values the opportunity to serve and give back to the community where he grew up. Born to Dr. Mike Morrison and Missy Morrison of Oxford, MS, he shares a life and passion for dentistry with his spouse, Dr. Kathleen Lovelace Morrison and has just welcomed his beautiful baby girl, Martha Love.

Dr. Morrison's academic achievements span from his early days at Oxford High School to advanced degrees from The University of Mississippi and Mississippi College. He culminated his academic journey with a Doctorate from Tufts College of Dental Medicine. His dedication to the field was evident when he took on roles such as a teaching assistant for UG Endodontics and Treasurer of the Endodontic Society. Beyond academia, Dr. Morrison has been a strong advocate for community service, notably participating in initiatives like "Give Kids a Smile."

Dr. Morrison shares, “Returning to Oxford presented a golden opportunity to collaborate with esteemed colleagues like Dr. Swaney, a figure I've always admired. I eagerly anticipate growing alongside Dr. Swaney, Dr. Mercier, and Dr. Phillips. My fervor for dentistry stems from my love for helping others, crafting with my hands, and innovatively achieving the best results for my patients. Every smile I help create or restore brings immense satisfaction, knowing I've made a positive impact."
